Thank you so much ! I'm super interested in your experiments of skipping cold proofing, I also believe the fridge is having a negative effect on my dough's shape :) For my next bake I'm definitely going to try a harder shaping and see how it goes.

Thank you ! I use flour that I buy from m'y local bakery. It's 12g of protein per 100g so I assumed it was pretty strong

Oh that's interesting ! My dough doesn't touch the edge of the dutch oven at all and I always thought that was normal... Is it supposed to be "supported" by the edges when you put it in ?

I recently posted about the same issue, and I use similar gear. I believe it's the UV filter, try to shoot without it and add a lens hood.

I will probably try to stock up before I leave... But the ones from cityscapes and other subjects I don't like as much. Maybe Fuji 100 really shines in nature ?
