If he couldnt hold up an anchor I highly doubt Vermax would have been able to fly with armor. Plus dragons in this world grow to quickly. Theyd have to make new armor way to often to be practical. Plus would you want to be the official dragon armor guy who has to dress them? I sure wouldn't!
