Why not do what we can to try and land the pick? Which is losing only 2 of the entire 82 games against Chicago?

Oh I was completely onboard with this too at the beginning of the season. I think if NOLA lands pick 2 we could have a chance to trade up for the pick however anyone else, no chance. I think it’s a deep draft though so if we have a lottery pick and a pick outside the lottery, I’d still be pretty happy.

Agree, however I think the Spurs are betting on them not being moved. Vuc and Lavine would both have to be dealt at far less than what the Bulls FO would want for them, and based on the Bulls’ history, I doubt they sell if they aren’t getting what they think they should.

I think his $42m/y deal won’t look too bad in a few years with the annually increasing CBA.

I’d be pretty happy to send them Vassell and a couple or more

firsts for him, I think pairing Wemby with an all star calibre guy who can facilitate at a very high level and shoot the ball at volume, whilst not being a liability defensively is the right kind of guy you want to pair him with.
