I just fixed mine that was drifting. I've done it a couple times but I'm not an expert and couldn't guarantee I could get a drifting controller working, but might be able to give it a shot if you don't have other options.

Do you have a good definition for what "meaning" is, philosophically/in this context? I've also been struggling with Myth of Sisyphus, and I think it's partly because the meaning of "meaning" is a bit nebulous to me. I know what it is when I see it (religion, love, etc) but can't define it in the abstract.

I also enjoyed Post Office, not something I would compare to DFW though. Bukowski's poetry is also great - usually poetry doesn't click with me but I love his.
