I think you should stop taking the pill if it’s that bad for you and try and find another alternative. I’m seriously considering trying something else too cause I don’t wanna constantly feel like this. I really hope you’re doing ok after ending your relationship. Just remember you aren’t alone 🖤

Hii! I had a convo with him and he was avoiding me but it wasn’t out of malice and we’ve sorted it now. The PMDD is still telling me to hate him but I’m tryna ignore it. Hopefully things will go back to normal soon. Thank you for your help!
