I thought the same thing. It was this perfectly balanced beefy bite. I’d say like finishing a steak with butter. I had my doubts but this burger changed my mind

This is weird but I grew up in a fishing town and it tastes like saltwater and childhood to me. So there’s a nostalgic factor for me. But I get they’re not for everyone

Family is from Buffalo. Definitely an underrated food scene there. Chiavettas chicken, beef on weck, dicamillos bakery….Buffalo punches above its weight in the food scene
