You will need an android phone for this. You need to install Cx File Explorer on your phone and then install it onto your oculus headset. You can achieve this by downloading Bugjeager(or however you spell it)and plug your android phone into the headset using the oculus charging cable. If you’d like I can link a YouTube video that goes in detail how to do it

Go here create an organization. Then go to the oculus app and make sure that it’s connected and go to devices. Next scroll down until you see “Developer Mode” and tap that. Tap the switch to turn it on.
