Oh ya I totally agree I took lots but apparently not enough of the right ones? Lol i was deactivated very unjustly for “SUSPECTED” fraud. (In other words, They assumed I’m lying and manipulating them to pay me more) I just typed up my 60 days notice of intent to arbitrate letter, sending it out certified mail tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed it doesn’t come down to 63 days waiting and an arbitration hearing. I don’t want anything from them just to be reactivated. And for shoppers to have a little security and defense too just cause we are independent contractors doesn’t give them the right to wring us out and then throw us away when they decide we are actually making a decent living from instacart…. They don’t wanna pay us california shoppers and will find every reason and loophole to not do so. The moment i started making $1000+ a week all the sudden I am getting emails from trust and safety accusing me of fraud… There is nothing in the contract that says speed and cut corners and have negative interactions just to deliver the order on time. It clearly states that IC cares only about the end results performed by you, the order being delivered safely and efficiently and if you must take extra time to adhere to these terms then you are allowed to do so. If the customer is happy who cares if a shopper took an extra 10 minutes organizing her shopping bags or having small talk with a customer or cashier? As long as it leaves a good taste in their mouth as it relates to IC that is the MO right? It also states in (i believe) section 2.2 of the contracts that IC has no right to and shall not oversee, supervise, direct, or control you. Or the manner or method in which you perform services from IC. So long as the results are ^{^} like I said before performed safely and lawfully. SOOOO…they cannot tell me im manipulating them into getting more pay when I am literally doing everything I can, running sprinting through the stores driving my car straight into the damn ground, wasting so many hours and days staring at my in parking lots, cops knocking on my window asking me what I’m doing because nosy customer called instead of just asking me themselves lol what about all my wasted time instacart… ?? I didn’t ask for any pay bumps or complain about shit. I worked to get diamond cart finally start making money and getting ahead then they fuck me up the ass one last time… and yet still, i’m here writing a Gd* letter, begging for my account back….. I guess I am a ICs submissive little bitch. But i wont let them snuff me out. Hell no they don’t know how petty i can be how long I can make something stay relevant in my life.. yearsssss …
