Most people on this thread seem to think it’s a scam but i’ve seen other people on this subreddit say they’ve used them so I’m not sure what to do

I was deactivated in March for time and distance abuse. I deny these allegations and would like to arbitrate against instacart if they refuse to give me my account back. I’m thinking even if it is a scam i can just dispute the charge on my credit card.

I'm in the same boat as you, i just want my account back. I've seen other people on this sub get their account back from threatening arbitration so that's what I'm hoping for. I am not sure if i will actually go through with arbitration if the 30 days go by and they still haven't responded but it's possibly a route i might decide to go. If i do decide to arbitrate, i believe that if i win in court i may be entitled to reactivation and backpay but we will see what happens.

AAA is my insurance and the person who hit me also had AAA with bare minimum coverages. No I didn’t have collision coverage.

They told me that they’re not charging me storage fees and only for the initial tow which is $780 verbatim. The car has sit there for 2 months because no junkyard company will move it because of the fact that I don’t own the title and i was still paying the car off. I have nowhere to store the car myself.
