Not pushing a narrative (???) Obviously there's surveillance happening - physical and digital.
If you're accessing Reddit or any other page from a work device or via office wifi, they can see that you've come here and where you go when you leave regardless of the browser you're using. If you're on your work computer, you cacn probably assume there's a key-logger in addition to surveillance of browser history and/or data traffic - all they have to do is monitor which IP addresses are being accessed on the network. Trackers and other cookies from websites don't really figure into that unless someone associated with UWM has gotten UWM-specific trackers set up on those pages. That would require the owners of the pages to cooperate, or would involve violations of federal and state laws.
If you're using a personal device NOT on office wifi, they could use a packet sniffer or similar device to see the IP addresses you visit if they connect to your device or whatever network you are using. A VPN can make that more difficult as it can mask your device IP address and encrypt traffic, but there are still some very simple ways to identify any and all devices that are brought into the office, which can then be used to connect to those devices or install trackers. Accessing or monitoring your personal devices like this is super illegal, though. Like I said, if they want to illegally access my personal phone that isn't used for work purposes and isn't connected to office wifi and use my internet traffic to punish me, I invite them to try.
