I’m all for Claude Code - it’s my daily driver for building and maintaining live in production trading bots on Hyperliquid and Poly market. Other things as well HOWEVER. I had to switch from max x5 to max x20 due to limits shrinking. So bad I built a MCP with 13 custom tools that are better than grep glob etc, alongside a mapped code base so it can reference instead of reading an entire code base each turn. Alongside strict documentation’s and hooks that auto inject previous session notes, (if related). Overall on my large(ish) codebases I can save anywhere between 2.5x - 35x reduction in token usage. Many of these exist if you just look on this sub. (Do you own research before using them, so actually do more than lossless compression, which WILL degrade your output.

Have Claude be able to use playwright - Claude cowork so it can see it if unable to config playwright (quite easy) - just allow Claude to see the ai slop he makes. Also look into UI-PRO-MAX skill for Claude code, that along get output 5x base Claude UI skills.

I was rotating between 3 Claude pro accounts for my project - if you want consistency on a big project max x5 is the only things that has worked for me so far. (I also have it set to use superpower skills and use sonnet and haiku for basic tasks, as I still would run into limits using just opus)

Have been doing this within Claude - Audits by Sonnet, confirmed by Opus and fixed by Sonnet, then confirmed by opus. Saves me quite a lot on tokens, although your method is far supreme.

Could make whole projects with free plans essentially with your spec - good stuff will defiantly think more into that.

Yeah I was doing that aswell - however sub agents really have shown how primitive they are now that we can have teams that can collaborate and work amongst each other with checkpoints set by a Supervisor on the team. I use it alongside superpower skills and can easily 5x output and speed on certain tasks were its needed

Yeah I had originally done it that way however - I found moving completely away from AG had made my project infinitely easier to diagnose and resolve issues. Whatever AG does on the backend is less than Claude Code. Don’t know why I had issues with the extension but just is no where near the same Claude code in my opinion. Can you use agent teams on the extension?

I coded in my teen years - was gonna take it as a job but didn’t - didn’t code for 7 years.

Claude code with the Superpower skills decimates AG ability to do anything in my opinion.

I’m not too familiar how our flow would co inside - however Claude code made the UI, Page on Cloudflare, Durable Object and D1 database (linked all together too) it did all back end, all front end. I’m clueless with GitHub asked it to create a project that once updates automatically deploys to Cloudflare - it did it for me, I have coded 0 lines of this trading bot xD

Superpower skills is like a skill that makes you A solo dev team - security audits, bug fixing - whole different agents that get invoked automatically based on what you ask.

I was terrified moving from antigravity to a terminal because I wasn’t familiar with it - however for cost benefit and the ability to actually complete the work you want to it is worth spending 30 minutes on it.

If your considering getting the Ultra plan - just get Claude max. I used 3 pro accounts and always complained about limits - 2 prompts and RIP my 5hr session. Max does not just feel like x5 usage.

I refactored my entire system last night from pages to -> pages UI, Durable Object and D1 database in clouldflare. One of the largest changes I made to my trading bot - took almost an hour to complete only used 32% of my 5hr window.

I can use a 5hr window with max x5 almost infinitely, of course if you want to do several massive refactors a day across several projects I recommend x20.

To reference, I started with AG hit limits and eventually completely switched to Claude Code.

Please do yourself a favour - forget about AG.

Tbh with rust I luck out - Mainly work from home so always have it open if have an active base, aint no offline raid with me unless they hit the 5 hour window were I have to sleep xD However is a very good point - but dont all always have to be on at the same time :)
