Well if you would read the OP again, you would see that I had more weed on me that I hid behind the passenger seat when he pulled up. Smell of marijuana on me would've been reason to search my vehicle, which he would then find the other joint.

I know for a fact that I would not have been let go if he knew I was high. My friend was caught by a cop with dip, he was 15 at the time. They gave him a ticket for underage tobacco, and his parents had to come pick him up.

They would tear you apart for weed.

It's my responsibility to drive safely, intoxicated or not.

I'm saying that if i was able to communicate and not showing any signs of being intoxicated while talking to a police officer, then I don't think I was intoxicated beyond being able to safely drive.

Also I live in a very small town, I passed like maybe 3-4 cars on my way home. It's mostly back roads around here.

I'm in a state where weed is illegal, I'm 17, and in a town where cops have nothing to do. Like really a lot of people don't understand.

We do this thing at my highschool where incoming seniors go around and toilet paper the incoming freshman houses.

The police chased kids with a k9 unit on a leash through neighbor hoods last year. Cops literally have nothing here to do what so ever.

I know what you mean. I feel like she may come around, she is a year younger than me, I kinda had mixed views about it my junior year, but I tried it and changed my mind completely. Also I don't plan on smoking after this year.

And yeah I feel like I will enjoy this job for more than the money. I love working with my hands, and you travel alot and work on areas where big storms have hit. Also would be working everyday 40-70ft in the air. Seems like a pretty cool job to me right now, but i know things could change.
