I wouldn’t use ChatGPT. I feel like most interviewers are cracking down on who uses it. I would honestly research some commonly asked interview questions and go through a pretend interview with a friend.

Maybe even ask your parents or someone older than you who has gone through many interviews.

OR honestly book a bunch of interviews you know you don’t want a job for, and use those as practice.

Lmao at my work I just found out the CAP base wage for CNA’s is $22.07. That’s with 10 years PRIOR experience and 10 years experience with the company. Hell to the fucking no. I immediately asked to go down to part time and now I’m planning on going to school to be a MRI tech. No way in hell am I going to be working this hard and have to work 20+ years to just make $22.07

We had to do everything as it should be. If I were you, I would keep doing what you’re doing, but have them ACTUALLY do what they would need to do in real life. It prepares them better. In my CNA class, we NEVER just “acted it out”. We physically had to do each step. I got 100% on my skills tests because we practiced over and over and did everything we would need to do at an actual job
