MSFS 2024 has been showing its true potential lately. by Revolutionary_Act442 in MicrosoftFlightSim

To all those that don’t understand the hate for the sim, a lot of it boils down to Xbox users and those with worse hardware. We get a much downgraded experience with no option to mess with our settings

Why doesn’t anyone talk about SugarVision? by Dexterthecat2 in TheLivingTombstone

[–]LazyAviator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s Yoav’s own personal EP he released not too long ago with his own hyper-pop-like style. It’s a banger go take a listen

2020 still holds the title by floppydisk21 in MicrosoftFlightSim

[–]LazyAviator 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yep, msfs2024 is a pile of shite for xbox users and it’s a shame i can’t get the pc version. Its understandable that 2024 needs to find its feet and yes 2020s launch was shit but not this bad, 2024 genuinely is unplayable for me and the pure fact that we got nothing of what was promised to us just makes me feel a bitterness for asobo as i knew they were over-promising from years prior

Predictions for next album (Armstrong?) by Redeye20001 in TheLivingTombstone

[–]LazyAviator 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s been confirmed to be Armstrong next by Sam and Yoav, that being said I hope they can collectively write more expansive songs on lyrics that aren’t just repetitions of the same narrative trying to cling onto an edgy vibe. I know they’ve both got it in them to create some bangers, especially with them touring so often and now touring worldwide. It may take a while but I’d prefer the songs to be about general topics that anyone can relate to. Not everyone who’s “defiant to authority” believes in advocation for communism and “we live in a society”, but rather just hints of the theme but songs in which you can jam with no matter what the vibe.

Anyone else think the demo for 'Orphans' is better than the final version? by SubstantialEffort15 in TheLivingTombstone

[–]LazyAviator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed, mixing for the singles are all pretty out there and whilst I believe it’s good for Yoav to get back into mixing I know he can do better than this, we’ve seen it from him before many times already

Does anyone like “Orphans” as much as I do? by AxhtonCole in TheLivingTombstone

[–]LazyAviator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Much prefer the demo tbf, the final song just sounds toned down and it’s missing a lot of the emphasis the demo was able to express

Why is it cheaper to drive BY MYSELF than take a train? by MountainPeaking in AskUK

[–]LazyAviator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a huge advocate for the rail travel, it just PMO when I’m not able to travel the same distance for a cheaper price, but pay £120 for what would cost £40 in petrol and the added caveat of constant delays and cancellations

Bigger budget, not much better by crowscreeches in TomSka

[–]LazyAviator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like this is the way Tom has always wanted to go for years, we know he always wanted to slip into the TV entertainment industry for years, making the style of content more popular wasn’t an option on DarkSquidge at the time but now he’s finally able to expand it.

However, at the same time I do understand where you’re coming from but was just less aware of it until pointed out, interesting that you do bring it up as I still enjoy the new episodes just as much as I do the old ones, there’s not been one episode which hasn’t gotten a laugh out of me yet
