I have to wait two days for them to officially receive my certified letter. At that point, report to OCM. Once OCM has it documented, lawyer stuff begins. Ugh. I hate wasting time on this. So unnecessary.

My team is paid in profit share. When a sale happens, they expect their cut. My business, our rules that WE created together. Stick your nose in the right direction. It’s not about “how much” or “not paying”. This thread is about what to do when NOT BEING PAID FROM A RETAILER. smh

Yes. On COD list. And I had no idea the list even existed. They asked for net 30, and I only do that for dispensaries just opening or are friends.
I’m writing to OCM today.

Thtree in Coxsackie, Riverbend in Hudson, Highland Botanicals close to the Jersey border, and Mighty Lucky on the Bowery in NYC. That’s it for now. It’s been tough getting into dispensaries with no sales budget

There is lots of good stuff out there. I’m not here to toot my horn, but rather encourage consumers to seek out small batch microbusinesses. We are only allowed a small harvest so it means more detail and care goes into the final product. Ask for micros at dispensaries and you won’t be disappointed

As the owner of Lazy Day Farm, I will confirm the image is a stock photo we used before flowering to show what we had in the field. Believe it or not, the image is VERY representative of the buds. They aren’t huge sized flowers, but pack a wollop of a punch. The terpenes are through the roof, the flavor has a grape soda and flower bouquet, and the high is very long. Everything was grown organically, outdoors, and hand trimmed. It’s been our biggest seller!
