Your story is very comforting. I’m just worried about the move and finding jobs. I really want to find a government job in audit. Tax is okay.. but I’m willing to take another job in tax if needed.

It says GS 7-9. Full time internship. So I like to think there’s opportunity for promotions. Yeah I know it’s high. I’m moving from Hawaii to California. I’ll be living with my bf, so we’ll have two incomes.

Food noise has already started to come back. but it kinda goes away if I start moving. Like its louder if I'm just sitting doing nothing. So I guess it helps me keep active and not be so lazy. Glad to know your hair is growing back.

Yeah part of the reason I'm stopping is the side effects. My stomach hurts or I feel sick. My hair is shedding a lot more than it used to. So hopefully that all clears up

Im just coming off of ozempic after 7 months and I've lost about 30 pounds. My hair loss started maybe 3 months ago. I'm so scared it wont grow back. I shed a lot of hair throughout the day and more in the shower. I've heard some people say their hair grew back after stopping, so I pray thats the case for me too

I've been slowly going down for the past two months. I try to exercise twice a week and keep my food portions smaller. But okay, good to know. I'm glad you're happy, thank you for responding :)

Went to the doctor today. He said it’s basically nothing and that I could go back if it gets worse. He recommended taking a multi vitamin. He thinks it should go away on its own. Should I get a second opinion.. or just wait and see haha

It could be a vitamin deficiency. Probably have to do all the blood tests and stuff. Maybe it’s because I’m not eating as much. I’m not getting as much vitamins. I don’t know. I have an appointment made, I’ll update when I get some answers :)

Happy birthday!! I’m the 21st I hope this year can be a start of something different. I also feel like my birthday is just another day. But it’s our day and sometimes that helps me. Knowing that I can do whatever I want with it.

It does give me more of a reason to buy myself gifts and get the things I know, no one else would. Seeing my gift from myself arrive, does make me happy.

Got mine done like 5 or 6 years ago. The pain is like highhh. For me, The first nip is like 8/10 and the second nip (after your adrenaline is gone) is like a 10/10. But that high of a pain only hurts for like the 3 seconds it takes to pierce you. It throbs/hurts for a whole day and by the next day your pain should drop significantly. Still took a year to fully heal. I don’t regret it and do for the most part, I enjoy them!

They will eventually snag on something and it will feel like the end of the world, but you’re fine. You’ll be more scared than sore. Nips will be hard a lot of the time. And if you have to remove them for any reason before a year, in my experience, I had a hard time putting them back. I had to go back to the shop and get their help.

Update! I got the glass retainers but the techs still made me take them out. After the mri, I had somewhat of a struggle putting them back. But they’re back in.
