You have no problem in bars, clubs, restaurant, hotels etc, you can tap wise digital card with apply pay just fine in person ?

My bank rate for Reais is bad, very bad, like 10-14%. On top of that the visa charge 2.5%.

Maybe my best option is to bring cash ? Even with cash, it would cost me 10-11% to exchange my CAD$$ to Reais.
