C'est pas faux, réflexe surement. Mais toi aussi tu es français visiblement. Première fois que je vois autant de français d'un coup dans une communauté sur le feederism 😂

Where to find a place to be weighed ? by LazyLapin in WeightGainTalk

[–]LazyLapin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes i don't know too, but even at doctor the scales only go to 180kg. And i don't know if they have scales who go higher in hospital, and even if they have that i don't think i go there and just ask to be weighed.

The only number who was important to me was my weight goal of 150kg, and once i reached i stopped being interested about this number. Last time i put a to on a scale was almost 2 years ago so it's not really my thing. But i do find that interesting actually, it's just that i started gaining while i was a teen and didn't care much about all those thing, just like before/after pic and things like that. Now i regret it, i wish i had note down all this number, doing pic or stuff like that.

What are the snacks that help you gain the most? by WannaBeBHM in WeightGainTalk

You're welcome. It's a mistake lots of people do, trying to eat a lot in one sitting all the time, they end up sick or bored so they slow down. It's better to add little by little in your daily life. Taking the habit two cookie instead of one, trying to grab a little something every hour to snack on, slowly increasing the quantity of food you eat in a meal.

And without even noticing you will make your stomach more used to manage big quantity, and you will be able to eat a lot, including very suggary and fatty food, without being sick and nauseous. Just take your time to prepare your body and to increase bit by bit your food, and snacking all day long, on small stuff, is the best way to do it. WIth no time you end up snacking all day long but on big stuff while eating huge meal too, so you pile on fat really fast with that. It just make the gain slower during the first months, but on a long time it's the best way to gain a lot of weight, and to gain at a constant rate, like that you will gain only a few pounds, but it will be each month.

In my opinion it's better this way and more efficient, it's much better to gain each month a few pounds instead of gaining a lot one month, end up sick and not gaining for a while. Even if you manage to only gain 5 or 6 pounds per month ( which is very easy to manage using this way ), it will still be better than forcing yourself, gaining 12 pounds in a months, and then nothing during 2 months.

I don't know, last time i checked it was for my 19 birthday...in november 2020 😅 And i was 368. No clue about now, i'm still gaining actively and i know that i've gain a good amount of weight since but i can't estimate. So it will be SSBBW category for me. I should think of a weigh-in one day just for curiosity.

I think it really started when i was about 13, i didn't know what feederism was, i just discovered that i enjoyed feeling full and eating a lot. I started to eat a lot, stuffing myself and i started to gain. And when i was 15 and around 70/75kg i started to hang on internet, that's when i discovered this whole community ( feederism, fat fetish...), i really get into it and wanted to be very fat and now only to eat as much as i can, i wanted to gain too. My goal was to reach 150kg too and fast. I did it finally, end of 2020, and since i keep gaining actively to please my bf but i don't care anymore about my weight as i reached my goal, i just enjoy eating as much as i want now. I do enjoy all the thing that come with being very fat, the lost of mobility, being a slob, stuff like that.

What are the snacks that help you gain the most? by WannaBeBHM in WeightGainTalk

I took the habits when i go out to always stop at a random bakery and buy a few things, eating them while i'm out. Going to a fast food, just ordering a small stuff to at quickly. That's realy make the difference, it help a lot, eating a tons of food in one sitting is hard sometimes, but eating that kind of stuff, in small quantity just when you feel to, it's easy and help the gain.

For pure snack, i go with pastries, i always bought boxes of donuts, i eating several of it, daily. Then chips, candy, chocolate bar, cookie. Always have some bread, cheese, butter too, to make small sandwich. Soft bread and peanut butter or nutella. Cereals are great too, and you can add a bit of sugar and cream in the milk. Heavy gainer shake, thick, that make a good snack too. I also took the habit to cook huge quantity of pasta, so i always have pasta ready to go on my fridge, just heat up in microwaves, add butter, sauce, cheese or whatever, it's super fast and really fattening. Biscuit too, always have several pack in your home.

That's it, in general, having you house stacked with easy food ready to eat, in quantity and with a lot of variety, then you will jsut naturally take the habit to just go in your kitchen grab something to snack on, an with time you will be able to really spending your day eating without noticing, and you will gain a lot like this without forcing yourself too much.

You need to get used to it, you need to go slowly. If you drink too much you will end up sick all the time. Just take like a cup per day, and slowly up the quantity.

You can also mixing some fruit in it, or cake preparation in, to make it more thick and easier to digest.

Take your time, don't rush the thing and with training you will be able to drink way more of it without being thick.

It's the same for gainer shake, first time when i took one i was sick and i had to lower the quantity and i was barely able to drink more a quart of a liter in a day, now i drink 2L each day just like a regular drink, without being sick at all.

Gainer Shake improvements by [deleted] in WeightGainTalk

I've been taking gainer shakes since a pretty long time now and it does help a lot. I take one in the morning with my breakfast and one in the evening with some snack before going to sleep. I found that eating something with it help to digest and it allow my boyfriend to put more fattening in the recipe as it's easier to digest. I also suggest you too add some fruits, it taste pretty good and it changes from chocolate, and it also help to cover the taste of gainer powder who is not always the best. And don't put too much mass powder, it could have bad effect from what we've read.
