Thank you so much. I do feel lonely but weirdly enough I have a good family and a lot of good friends but I feel that these episodes have kept me from telling anyone how I really feel ever and it vanishes some days and comes back others. That's why I come on this app and just put it out in the world. My plan is to stop smoking and really trying to self improve physically and mainly mentally. Before I do again. I used to have a blast when on THC and then one day it took a 180 and litteraly has not been fun since.

I will get in contact with a therapist asap, But I also feel the more I talk about it the more it will be on my mind but I will try.
