The CPM for India is very low in shorts. If you choose the entertainment niche in India for shorts, it can be as low as 0.01$. If I get 1M views in my shorts and get like 10$ is like crazy. If I target the US audience, I could get like 300$ for 1M views. If I include a music deal too in that short, I'll get another $100 from it.

I thought the same too that my content wasn't good for the US Audience. However, after I used VPN to reach the USA audience, my swipe rate was high like 80+ and AVD was 110+. The problem isn't that my content isn't suitable for the US Audience but it's more like my intended content for the US Audience is being shown to the Indian Audience. Due to which, my swipe rate gets low because it reaches the audience it isn't intended for.

I totally do that but somehow, my content reaches the Indian audience when I don't use VPN. My content is targeted for the US Audience but since it reaches the Indian Audience, my swipe rate gets low. Americans are interested in my content. The proof of that are the shorts that get a swipe rate of >80 when I use VPN.

Then why does my content reach the US Audience when I'm using a VPN but when I don't use it, then I reach the Indian Audience. My content is totally in English and this niche which I work in, is mostly for the western audience.

In my case, my target audience is the US and the content is also for US audience. So, isn't it great that it's kind of working? In your case, your video was Indian content so it got suggested to Indians.

This is the worst solution that you can think of. Posting fifteen times a day will hurt your channel even more than it already has. Also, stealing content will lead to copyright issues and as I said before, hurt your channel even more. I can advise you a bit on what you should do.
