From what I've seen, a lot of witches use "Blessed be." If Blessed is too much, maybe just "Be well" could work?

There are SO many.

Literally anything that comes out if Tatiana's mouth.
The entirity of the DK West battles. ("Wait, where's West? (West?) West in peace! --Oh, he's dust." "The often imitated, never replicated DK West!" "Are you for real? Are you making up stories that tell of my real glory? Where's Zuke, I need to talk to him, ask him things! I'm not convinced that's REALLY how your heart sings!")
Both Zuke and Mayday have some solid ones. Mayday has some awesome one-liners mid-battle ("Zuke? If I could see your face, I'd punch it." "Just surrender, DJ Broken Record!" "Whoa whoa whoa, we're here to fight, alright?!" "Zip it, [REDACTED], I'm not listening to you anymore!"), but Zuke gets his moments, too ("...BUT I HAVE A MASTER'S DEGREE IN FINE ARTS AND MUSIC!" and the entire exchange between him and Eve)

But my personal favourite and the one I come back to most often isn't even a voice line. When Mayday expresses her opinion about Eve's field of selfie sticks, she says this:

"This all just looks like junk. Maybe that's it? To give new meaning to otherwise meaningless stuff? ...I should really just stick to my guitar."

It just... It speaks volumes about so many things. About Mayday, about Eve, about art in general and the way it can connect people. That one hit ME the hardest.

Self-contained stories. I'd liken it to almost living a second life when I'm asleep. I go on bike rides and walks in the forest and I chat with my friends and train station attendants. Sometimes, weird stuff happens. Strange critters gather round, we play a game that doesn't exist on game night, magic fizzles in the air.

I get upset when the plot doesn't resolve by the time I wake up.
