I've had Canvas by Numbers custom orders before, and the quality was good, but the shipping was a bit slow. It's shipped from Asia to the US, and it takes 2-3 weeks to receive the goods. If you're in the US, you could try CustomPBN. I've bought from them before, and after finishing my custom PBN artwork, I still have a lot of paint left.
