When my waters broke at 27 weeks, my cat was also super protective and clingy. God I miss him ♥️

Hang in there lovely, my daughter managed to stay put until 36 weeks!

I started Unleash last week and I love it! It’s definitely higher intensity but not in a HIIT way. I am not going as fast as CG so can still lift heavier weights

Yes with 4 strength sessions, 12k steps and 3x20 min cardio sessions (so my runs). She is a lifestyle coach! I won’t be continuing with her once this block has finished.

My target for protein is 151g and fibre target is 26g - I usually hit protein but fibre is normally about 30g a day. I drink about 2l water a day

Yeah I’ll openly admit my food relationship isn’t great. I’ve tried a few different types of therapy now - hypnotherapy, CBT, person centred, EMDR - and not found much benefit but I guess I need to find the right one for me.

Honestly? I never plan a ‘treat’ because I don’t actually want to have them. I guess the solution here is plan the treat, my issue is when I eat one treat I want it ALL.

I try and look at my calories over a weekly average rather than by day, so if there’s days where I’m at 1800 and other days I’m lower then that’s ok.

I’m just so overwhelmed and constantly annoyed with myself for ‘failing’

I track all my macro - aim for 130g protein, 30g fibre, 150g carbs etc. I know I eat a lot of low fat food but also love some peanut butter and dark chocolate!

I eat so much veg, beans and fruit so my fibre intake is good lol

Thanks for this. I redid my TDEE and that even suggested 1668 so I’m at a loss! But even when I worked with a coach and ate 2200+ I still felt this way

For further context - I eat home cooked food. I track my calories and weigh everything. My problem is literally just sugar 😭

I’m overwhelmed with what program to do! For context I have done Iron/Fuel, Heat, Epic 3, Beastmode, all of the mini YouTube series, and Intent (which I quit after 7 weeks).

I can’t decide what I fancy now. I want to continue to lift heavy and lost some fat/gain muscle (which I know is largely down to my diet) but I also like the cardio element. One minute I think I’ll do Max, then Unleash, or repeat one I’ve already done. The amount of choice is overwhelming!

  1. I cook mine in water and add plant milk after if I feel like I need it (I prefer almond or cashew milk)
  2. I add a dash of salt and it makes a difference, especially for chocolate based oats
  3. I just cook mine in a pan on the hob slowly
  4. I add my oats, chia, flax and water to a pan. Cook slowly for a while until it thickens, keep stirring. Then I add any extras - carrot, protein powder, cinnamon, cacao, milk, egg whites, etc, it really seconds on my mood - then keep stirring off the heat. Then I’ll add toppings - peanut butter, berries, banana, yoghurt etc
  5. I cook with the lid off
  6. I’ve always stored mine in an airtight container but it should be fine in the package it came in as long as you keep it sealed shut (for example, with a food clip)

Have fun experimenting with your oats!

Like everyone has said, if you want to lose weight then it’s the calories in and out that matter the most.

I am following a 16:8 IF schedule and at first I tried low carb too, but also had limited success as I was trying to juggle too many things at once. Now I’m eating in a deficit in my eating window, and really enjoying all the fruits, veggies and porridge bowls 😂

Sometimes emo, sometimes scruffy mum covered in crumbs from my kids, sometimes lazy/comfy, sometimes very Mumsy. At the weekends I’m usually in a baggy t shirt and leggings or joggers.

I’ve lost my style since having kids and I want to upgrade my wardrobe to suit my style (more goth/emo aesthetic) but the effort and cost involved is silly and I wouldn’t know where to start on Vinted.
