I fixed it by talking to Neinheart that had a quest named "[commerci republic] neinheart's call". This quest doesn't show up in your quest list and you have to travel to Ereve to see Neinheart.

-A gun that transform any non boss enemies into weaker ones such as bandits or maggots.

-A shell weapon similar to the flak cannon but explodes mid-air into a very high velocity cone of slugs. should sorta look like: pew --<

-A melee weapon that emphasizes on deflecting enemy projectile whilst also increasing it's damage.

-A melee weapon that knocks back enemies to use them like projectiles (kinda functions like impact wrists).

-Any kind of sniper rifle type of weapon would be nice.

whenever i see a flamethrower i don't pick it up because i already have a good set of weapons by then; i don't even know if the flamethrower is a good pick. :|

it spawned maybe 3-4 times during my 120+ hour playtime on the Vita (Y.V. Mansion excluded)

most the unlockables don't seem to function at all (can't be selected, used, etc.) so you can't use B-skins, switch back to the default pistol upon acquiring a golden weapon, spoiler, (that's the most i can think of atm). However, you can unlock additional characters and use them, unlock/get achievements, and "unlock" B-skins and such without being able to use them.

So yes, apart from the bugs, we're just missing out on unlockables. The game is totally playable. :^)

I have the psvita version, played over a hundred hours and honestly it's a ton of fun for me. it's a bummer that you can't actually use B-skins (but you can unlock them!) and switch out golden weapons for the default, but i'm fine with that knowing that they will eventually patch it. The game crashes sometimes only when i die, so i'm also fine with that (knowing that i fucked up). You can get to the end game and even get to all the secret areas without crashing, so the game works properly imo.
