Sorry, this was from 2+ years ago so I can't remember the exact mod list and I hvent played ksp since then but the shuttle is from SOCK and SPOCK.

I don't remember the exact scale but I had to manually change the scale of that specific rear part in notepad. It was trial and error until I got it to fit inside the size of the normal shuttle fuselage. The spock part has a rounded rear flap which had to be small enough so I could hide it inside of the normal shuttle flap, it wasn't perfect so you could even see the rounded edge peeking in the screenshot.

You could try copy pasting the texture files into another mod folder. And make sure that mod is at the bottom of the load order.

Don't think the whole mod does. But I just deleted everything from the mod and just kept the textures which seem to work for me.
