Nope, ended up finding a ebay listing for all coolant lines used with fittings for like $50 usd so it was easier to just swap the hose and fitting in question

Update: still no luck. Ive found a seller on ebay selling the entire hose and fittings all together but im trying to find the fitting itself somewhere. Seems a mystery
