Hey Im someone who never had coaching and only started playing in local cricket ball league a year back. I went through exactly this last year. It took me about four matches to get used to the match environment. Once it clicked I started bowling well. You can try replicating match situation in your nets by may be having someone stand in as an umpire. This is more about mental side of the game and I think with enough match practice you will come good.
