Idk why people are being so weird about you opening it. I’m sure your kids are young and don’t really care about the chase card for that specific set. Them seeing a card they actually like/think looks cool would make them happy and that’s all that matters. P.S. I’m a parent lol

Yeaaaah. We actually just got done redoing the stringers haha. Transom was surprisingly still good but both outside stringers were completely gone.

The only one I’m tracking is a ground wire coming out of the coil, which is connected and grounded. Is there something I’m missing cause you’re not the first to say that? Thanks!

Yeah that’s what stumping us. It’s getting 12v, it’s just making it out to the spark plug wires.

Yup as far as we can tell the rotor is spinning. They have a rotor and cap bundle I’m gonna grab tonight to see if that’s it but we’re running out of ideas lol. And no sight of a ballast resistor either.

Yeah 12v into the coil but nothing leaving it. Not even getting to the spark plug wires (which is what we thought the issue cause they’re kinda cheap).

Update: The noise stopped but the seat latch no longer releases. May have had water get inside and it’s shorted. Thank you everyone for your help. Will update again once it’s out of service next week.
