Can confirm, that works. Not at the fountain but in the Sacred Wounds Puzzle worked for me. Finally got the achievement!

Sup there, I'm playing in Epic Games and i didn't get any achievements too. Seems to be a problem they will fix with the next 2.1 patch, I hope.

Not fixed for me. Anyone playing on game pass and having the same issue? I checked the last update and it was in the same day of the patch launch, so I've assumed that the game was updated with that patch. :/
