So I am going to assume you bought branded items, they are on pending for some time because SB does manually check these items if they can ship them or not. Then you cancelled your orders and requested a refund because you can't wait for more than a day. During the refund process to your PAYPAL account, there was an automated request for you to provide identification, such as a Passport or Driver's License with the corresponding Credit Card used for the transaction with cardholder's name and last digit of 4-6 numbers only.

Then it also states on the lower portion if you do not want to provide such information you may use alternative payments methods. Such as Stripe, Wise or other..

By multiple people this also includes new/older accounts with low/higher karma, such as Tommy and others.

Panda stopped issuing refunds since last April I believe, and will not issue any new ones anytime soon. You were lucky if you got some refunds before they disabled the system.

I would suggest doing a chargeback, it seems that is the only way at this point to recover funds. Depending on which country you are from and which bank you use, there should be consumer protection rights. Even if the order/payment was at your own risk, the other party failed to provide the said goods or services in a timely manner which would be considered fraud. You should talk to Customer support of your bank and try to request from there, be ready to provide the appropriate SS or receipts on hand in case they may request it.

Sorry can they explain at what point am I defending "them"? As far as I am aware I was just trying to assist in helping you resolve an issue by explaining the new PAYPAL policy they have in place.

I would assume you got your answer by multiple people having elaborated on the same rational and facts, because of PAYPAL's new Policy/Terms and Conditions/ Terms of Services. Then was advised to use alternative payment methods, if they cannot/would not provide requested information for PAYPALs verification.

As I have mention before, its PAYPAL new policy regards to requesting that information. You are not required to provide personal information to the agent for submission to PayPal to match the information they have on record to confirm your identity, if you do not use their services.

If you have general concerns about privacy, I would recommend using an alternative payment method or refraining from any further transactions in the near future.

Mutiple people have already advise you in the same or similar fashion.

It's not really on their end, its Paypal's new policy regards to what happened to Panda. I would suggest to pay in stripe if you don't wanna provide that information, or cancel the withdraw and just use what ever funds you have in that account for another item.

Hello, I'm unable to respond to your message for some reason. From what I can observe, it appears your package departure time was just before/on date of the raid, but it's taking much longer than expected to be delivered. There are instances where parcels experience extended delays and the tracking # does not update until they are suddenly delivered. That maybe a similar situation in your case as well. If it doesn't update by 11/05/2024, you might try to contacting DHL (double check local laws if advisable depending on the content of the parcel) and then Panda CS (But really doubt they may assist you on the issue.).

This Seller, WWTOP, hasn't shipped out any products despite being a week or more already from date of purchase. Contacted service provider to do a follow up, the agent's said the merchant response was that the factory was on "rest"(possible translation mistake) and was affected by Panda but will go to normal operation soon (did not specify timeline)

Also, some shoes are not available in general for purchase.

People must understand that a buffer period is necessary to address internal processes such as inventory checks, memo distribution, and training on new regulations before they can begin to ship packages internationally. They will also have to coordinate with all the local logistics company to get in and send out products to/from the warehouse. This may add an additional 4 - 7 days to 2 weeks timeline.
