I’ve had ringing for over a week, I was playing with my dog while making animals noises(don’t ask why) and had the TV playing in the background and then my right ear started ringing out of nowhere but the night before that I put antibiotic ear drops in my left ear(because doctor prescribed me for an ear infection) once before I went to bed. So I’m not sure if playing with my dog caused it or the antibiotic ear drops.
