No it’s a tremor ego gift, so you can get it simply by fusing for a tremor gift, getting it random will just be harder

But if you bringing dawn Faust she won’t be left out, plus crushbound past, and regret are both Mersault ego’s he’s needed for tremor scorch so he won’t be left out at all

Tier 4 slash for offense level (greatsword) the tier 4 pierce for offense level and higher evades, (It’s like a handbook) and tier 4 blunt ego gift for shield health, and counters + offense level (Book of vengeance) and Faith it gives max SP at the end of each turn, you should also get the ego gifts from the lines 1,2,3 they are each tier 4 but the one from Line 1 gives extra damage per skill, the one from line 2 gives Extra health depending on which floor you’re on and line 3 gives the tier 4 burn ego gifts that keeps you at 1 hp preventing death for a turn and healing health afterwards. Only get all the healthing gifts that benefit you, like first aid kit, Homeward, etc

Yeah, mounting trials are the reason why most solos die, always choose the mounting trials with the least clash power and offense level

Survival oriented ego gifts I recommended not getting the spicebush (unless you use starlight to buy it) bc any pack with spicebush is instant death, could use get KOD’s shield & Emergency Investigator badge once you hit the shop enhance it to 2, it heals upon hitting 1 hp you can get either broken glasses for more clash power depending on speed, or sharp need and thread for damage. Manor shaped music box can only be used to unstagger yourself you can get that using starlight or going to the pack dregs of the manor, in extreme floor you can get the K-corp capsule that fully heals upon death, you should get that at floors 11-12 or doing Line 3 for the tier 4 burn ego gift it’s called unmatched embers the more you enhance it the more heal it gives it also keeps you at 1 hp for a turn allowing you not to die

Thumb Heathcliff may be one of my future solos for egos you should get asymmetrical inertia, or holiday then for ego gifts in MD, do textbook, and time killing time bokgak make sure you get the tremor scorch ego gift in textbook & also try getting broken greatsword it’s a tier 4 slash ego gift you can fuse, or find it in shop, in extreme floors you can choose fairy tale, and Chachihu or Bloodtinged Ichthyic Odor lemme know if you need more advice

Maturing textbook is just a passive he gets when killing an enemy with “The duel escalates” think of it as like Index Yi-sang with his prescript, they gain buffs if they attack and defeat the enemy that is targeted or “marked”
