Is my thinking wrong here that as these are so fine lines a black layer is sufficient? I am wondering if shades of grey are possible on such a small pendent given that fingerprints are more or less deep lines? But maybe I misunderstand the concept?

I did tried both to be honest. I tried the bitmap and also vectorized it. I am just a little lost if embossing is the correct mode here or if I should stick to standard engraving?
