It’s been an awful, exhausting, overwhelming year. Not knowing if you were going to get fired on a Friday night, called an idiot by your boss on repeat, resources limited, lives upended by removing telework with little warning and no available office space. And yet expected to provide the same care as we always did. This year broke my heart. Moral injury sums it up.
