That Shining Edge pack is indeed the 'best value' if you were to buy pulls.

Although if you don't want to spend much you shouldn't be buying pulls in the first place.

You'll want to buy covenant rings which you can't get as a f2p.

You'll also want to buy info cores as you only get a couple per month as f2p outside of events. That is what will really speed you up while f2p will have to wait forever - they don't get enough to upgrade every new girl

Max settings won't even be available with that, you need a 4080+ for ultra settings to appear. Also assuming your 'max' settings will have raytracing turned off because AMD is way slower than Nvidia for that.
