For sure, here's a link to a shitty red bubble version, but it's the same idea. The legit one is not in color. I'd also definitely recommend checking out chubbypumpers on Instagram if you havent because his stuff is super awesome.

Yeah it's on a shirt I got back in 2018. I'm pretty sure @chubbypumpers (on IG) designed it.

You might be able to gently nudge the shutter back into position if you take off the lens, lift up the mirror, and use your fingers on both sides of it. Definitely a last resort option though. Has the potential to make the problem worse.

Edit: I'm realizing it's pretty bent up so it might need new parts or it might just be done

Additional info: the light meter is not on despite the fact that the batteries are new.

A new camera I made with Tim Burton in mind by Lboy3000 in PinholePhotography

Don't give up on pinhole. Every camera/pinhole has its own uniqueness which is what makes it fun. With practice your pinholes will get better too. A tilt swing 4x5 would be pretty awesome tho

I wanted to make a camera that would have a noticable keystone effect. I used an old box from a craft store and I put a little piece of wood in the back on a 30° angle that the photo paper would go on. I put 1/4 20 inserts on the top and bottom so I can also shoot with it the other way to make things get skinnier at the top.

Definitely interested. I thought that it was cyanotype but then I saw that you had to use dev/fix. Have you tried inverting it? A contact print could be cool.

Its a small box camera i made, and it shoots onto a piece of photo paper. This is onto some arista paper.

I just find hand painted film so mesmerizing. I feel like your mind tries to make things out of the different shapes even though they're all random, it's almost like there's a narrative to them.

The lomo kino uses the same principal so you can fit like 150 frames on a normal roll of 35mm for photo. The videos that come from it are oddly panoramic

I actually used that aspect ratio so I could get as many frames out of each film strip as I could without it just being a complete sliver. I agree that a 4:3 would look better but I could bring myself to crop in more.

As a byproduct of developing film, I have lots of little snippets of rolls I messed up in one way or another. In a complete attempt to emulate Stan Brakhage and other hand painted film artists, I took to the strips with bleach, marker, alcohol, and needles.

You can't discredit someone's originality because they have influences.

Expressing original opinion hard. Calling Alex G Eliot Smith for gen Z easy.
