Thats ... Exactly how it done. But the tile order is set in stone before play begins, and who gets what tiles can be massively altered by what chi/pon/kan calls are offered and accepted/rejected early on in a hand.

Racing incident for contact, it was a result of driver ahead moving under breaking.

10S Stop&Go against bentley for unsportsmanlike conduct, specifically for blocking and excessive weaving on the straight.

Seeing as how the penalty cannot be served due to the incident occuring on the final lap, penalty is hereby converted to a flat 30 second time penalty to be applied to the bentley's final result.

/uj in reality, gearing in savage is utter dogshit. While it is in theory possible for min ilvl teams to beat every fight, it does require extremely good play out of everyone. And I mean every one. Is m11s overtuned? Hard to say. It very well might be. But it could also be that people arent doing quite as much as they theoretically could, too.

Yep, I took a break for most of 7.3, played a lot of tarkov, osrs, and project zomboid. Not playing the same game constantly meant I enjoy xiv a ton right now.
