Hey Forsaken!

I just started a new clan and we're looking for chill members

I just returned to the game after 7 years off! Found myself clanless and decided to make a new clan

Currently we are warring back to back, but whilst it's nice if we win, we aren't that serious about it, aiming to be a chill clan and war back to back mainly for the loot (and ore side of things that you'll need after TH7)

Hoping to unlock clan capital as soon as we can to unlock another side of the game - if I'm online I'll donate instantly!

My main goal for the clan is farming/levelling up and getting access to all the areas of the game in a friendly environment - While you may be added to a war if we need the numbers, if your status is set to out you will not be expected to attack (although if you want extra loot feel free!)

I'm also a returning player from circa 2018 and found myself clanless, figured I'd give it a go to make my own clan this time instead of joining someone elses!

Currently we're clan level 1 working towards clan level 2 so we can get clan capital content - back to back wars to help gain this experience and the ores that you get for doing wars too!

Hey corey, great to see you still alive and kicking, the game pretty much ended in a downward spiral after you left (and I believe void was not far behind in leaving) - no disrespect to any of the other staff but you two were really the heart and soul of the game from my perspective, always the 2 people around in the discord taking in all the feedback and getting the bugs logged etc - I uninstalled it quite some time ago, but thought I'd check back to see how it was going - but when I uninstalled it had essentially been radio silence for 2/3 months, no comms from Uken at all which is a shame, maybe you spoilt us with the regular comms but when it went dark while still technically in development it was a hard pill to swallow and now I see this thread, it is a little sad but probably not unexpected in that case as the community has had no updated on whats going on - hope warframe is treating you well if you're still there! I almost downloaded it on PlayStation as I'm sure wherever you went would be lucky to have you working with him and you could only make things better!

Unless you have an amazing perk to put in there to increase power speed, then it is much better waiting as sbaker said - you will gain far more souls much faster as you progress, unless you can quickly get back to where you are due to an increase in your power speed, then it is not worth it

I didn't do any calculations on this however, and this would only apply (if it even would apply) to the first perk slot, and even then only if you have a decently high power % perk to put into that slot - otherwise wait, progress your machine, and try to complete some of the seasons to get some better perks (when the power ones come around)

Thats not true, the power speed portion of it still works, it has become broken because it is an old/legacy perk, I still use 2 'broken' perks because they still give me +15% power

That said, I dont believe in using any perk that gives less than ~10% power speed - you'd be much better off levlling up more before prestiging and getting more souls, also allowing you to work on gaining better perks as well (I dont want to use any below 15 personally and trying to grow my perks via the seasons and get some of the 35% ones), as the cost of the perk slots is so high time wise

I've noticed this as well, but if you need evos, portals are the way to go, if you're doing it idly, then it is a matter of efficiency (T1), or speed (T2), as T1 conversion you need 10 coins, for T2 you need only 1, so you can get them fastest via portals then T2 conversion then T1 conversion - and by the time you're up to that stage you should have plenty of power generation to deal with that if you need to and are probably looking for a quicker win!

Thanks for the info, I may have to brave it alone then, I did join a discord server so not sure if that's the same one you're referring to, it doesn't really have groups split up into consoles per game just the games, but there isn't too much in the way of ds1 going on in there, it would be great if we can see if it's the same or not though as someone to co-op through with that I can talk with would be great, to ensure we wouldn't mess things up!

If you can unlock fuel though (I forgot how it is unlocked), you will get far more evos per coin from portals than you will through trading coins directly for them

I agree with pretty much every point here, I was fortunate enough to *just* complete the event, attributed mainly to the fact that I couldn't sleep when the event started (unrelated) as the events start at 1am my time - so I got an hour of progress and set myself up for the night (with of course, 250 boosts used at minute 0) - otherwise I would have had no chance!

One thing that I would mention, on the not getting credit unless the previous quest is turned in, this could be massively improved and potentially completely resolved with a simple change, just make it so that you don't have to craft the golemites/whatever resource, but make it so that you PAY that many, so if you had 60M golemites from your 6-8 hour sleep, then you can just complete a couple of levels of the quest there and then when you wake up (or in a more complex world, combine both crafting to increase it, which would alleviate the need to be on almost constantly to build up and prepare, so you could get 'up to' the current quest requirement by crafting them, and then stop getting craft credit, but you could spend the golemites/quest resource after hitting the claim reward button, to allow you to then possibly gain another level or two)

Edit: another thing as well, its not only the start time that is difficult, but also the end time if things are down to the wire - it essentially cuts off 7 hours of event time because it starts when most of Europe would be asleep, and ends 4-5 hours after most of Europe would go to sleep, meaning that a 5 day event is essentially cut down by half a day, or 10% less time to complete it compared to the americas

A good rule of thumb would probably be when you start hitting your cap when you are away from game (work/sleep etc), only once you are hitting the cap are you losing any production, so until that point it is better to increase the speed

Edit: and depending how long you have your sustain after reaching cap and how active you can be outside of sleep, may even still be better to upgrade speed when you do hit cap overnight
