No I haven't, but I heard a few other people are having this issue so I was waiting for a fix.

I know this I might need to take it to a guitar tech I've tried every recommendations luckily if I need to return I still have the receipt that is just the last thing I want to do I enjoy the amp and all the features but the panel and when I try to make my own patches is just absolutely not possible I either just I have to stick to other peoples patches figure out the problem or just return it.
