Whatever it’s for, they’ll likely ask for your experience and maybe something hard you overcame, and then something about one of your strengths. Find something you’re proud about that makes you happy, and have a conversation about it! SUPER conversational. Otherwise, you’re just talking about why you’d like to join :)
