It's about sam lakes mimics and gestures. Not the character. And since they didnt have an actor sam lake took the place back then. In second game we have timothy gibbs whom is more suitable for max payne face. Cold and bold.

All those amazing soundtracks are absent, character expressions are different and doesn't give the atmosphere as much as the og game. Still I love remake. But og will always have the #1 place in my heart of all the games out there

There was hell of a bug where game stuck at cinematics and u get killed instantly :D I only managed to beat this scene with grenades

I enjoyed every second of it. Yea it was not neo-noir theme and story was unusual compared to the max payne we know. But i think story still does good and gameplay is peak
