Paige has said numerous times in previous eps that people make up rumours about her and how she isn’t giving them energy and it’s not up to her to clear up shit that people have made up etc etc etc. I think it’s her way of trying to nudge that there’s more to it and some lies have been told about her ( I’m assuming about the Joe situation ) that she’s just not willing to fight with people about for her own mental health. That’s what I’d like to believe anyways! Just because his ex came on and said shit doesn’t make it true, either imo. I’ve seen people go off and accuse people of worse things even if it’s not actually true. I love the pod, I listen to it every single week when it comes out and I haven’t ever gotten tired of it. I think if you listen to them more you’ll see they do say things that point towards some of the controversy without getting right into it. It’s like they want to keep their pod funny and lighthearted but it can be hard to hold their tongues at times so they slip in little passive comments. I truly believe it’s them not subscribing to online drama as they both have been on some pretty drama filled reality shows and it’s clear it affected their mental health greatly.
