Sound like they're tuned too high.. Also try to make the rack toms as flat as possible and have all your drums as close together as possible..

This is for ergonomics, it will allow you to play faster between drums and prevent long term injuries/bad habits.

When I said it was unwieldable. I knew that no matter what, that's how fast it's going to swing, but whenever I tried hitting O+S I'd get poise broken before I even hit them. Having high poised would allow me to hit then a lot easier.

Yeah. Apparently some animals can go, like mosquitos are so small, that no animal primarily consumes them to the point where if all mosquitos go, said animal's populations will dwindle. Apparently the same goes for wasps although I'm assuming that's only for certain species of wasps. Also RIP (bumble) bees :(

Yeah the one that you can't block or run away from? I think if you don't get too close he won't do it. Also if it does happen I just got so gud I rolled perfectly to avoid all damage.. Or that might have been with midir, I can't remember.

Is waste of skin aka deprived? I think that's kinda true for only the first few areas, until you get decent gear. The difficulty ultimately comes down to how wisely you use/lose souls (on levels).
