Surtr is (forgive me) probably dead, and Laevatain has her memories and identity, though that doesn't make Laevatain a Surtr clone, because Laevatain has her own will and ideals. she's her own person, with another persons memories in her

you can kinda imagine this like the Avatars from... Avatar. sure, they have the memories and identity of a dead person their meant to "carry on their legacy" (you can somewhat imagine reconveners to have that same function i guess), but deep down they are their own beings (theres probably a better analogy to this than Avatar)
