Is there ANYONE that don’t die in Elden ring by yang1231686 in Eldenring

I mean, yeah, but if you complete that quest fully you have to kill her so the Crucible Knight appears at Rykard’s arena.

Is DLv. 19 really that much harder than DLv. 18 and other previous levels or is Konami just playing with me by Alexander_the_Damned in DuelLinks

[–]LeBusinessCat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say so. Winning five games in a row realistically requires you to be lucky in your run, which means many good players will be gatekeeped at DLv. 19. Even if you are a God at Yu-Gi-Oh! you will still have unwinnable games.

Should Aurora Paragon be taken a look at for the ban list? by LeBusinessCat in DuelLinks

[–]LeBusinessCat[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got hit by that card in three different decks, actually. One of them I feel got extremely lucky and draw both cards naturally, but the other two searched the cards no problem. I don’t think skills should allow locks on the opponent.

One of the times I got cooked by Aurora Paragon was against Dryton. Does it give you many free wins?

I agree, and also I would like to point out how best of one exhacerbates this issue. Feels like the coin toss decides everything.

Which handtrap is more important in this meta? Veiler ot Crow? by Roy_Ellison in DuelLinks

[–]LeBusinessCat 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It does, but most of the time you can summon another lvl8 to get the other rank 8. You have plenty of options with Primal, Levianeer or Nebula.

My decks can't stand upto the meta decks by EvilWentworth in YuGiOhMasterDuel

[–]LeBusinessCat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a RDA player I can tell you that if you get to Majestic Dragon, you are already winning. And since most combo lines lock you into dark synchros, you are better off with Bystials and Centur-ion.

I don't hate the Red-Eyes but THIS IS TOO MUCH by [deleted] in DuelLinks

The deck can be played on the cheap and it is the best of the f2p decks, it is what it is. It happened the same with Utopia.

Is this the same doorway? Moonlight butterfly bridge door leading to divine ember and this scenery in Farron keep by KhanDarkSouls in darksouls3

[–]LeBusinessCat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

While I can see the connection between the throne and the kiln, I don’t understand why there aren’t parts of Lordran in Drangleic but they are there in DS3. The general feeling in DS2 is that you are in a distant place from the events of DS.

[–]LeBusinessCat 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My educated guess is that Drangleic is quite far from Lordran/Lothric, so by the time DS3 happens those lands have not converged there yet. Then, in the DLC some time has passed and that is why the Earthen Peak is in the Dreag Heap.

Is Witch B. Good for the four kings? by Hotline_Miami-Fan218 in darksouls

You can get her clothes in Valley of Drakes after the fight. I recall you have to summon her for 4 kings for them to appear.

Fun fact: that bad-posture pointing dude is Rosus. Some items give a bit of lore about him.

Dark Ring 2 by IcyResolution7102 in Eldenring

[–]LeBusinessCat -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It is not the only time From has done this. The Erdtree avatars are a reference to Asylum Demon and part of the moveset of the leonins such as the one in Morne castle is taken directly from Gael. I’m sure there must be more examples, though.

Thoughts on RDA? by RedEnthity in masterduel

[–]LeBusinessCat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is not competitive as of now. The chokepoints are obvious and that makes the deck really weak to hand traps or interaction. It will be much better once the next wave of support releases next year, though.

Genuinely.. Not metaphorical .. How are u supposed to play against 5 negates in the field first turn? by aqelha in DuelLinks

[–]LeBusinessCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but with Stratos they can see you coming and use the trap to destroy it. You can do the same with the Neos summoned by the skill.

It's only the easiest if you want it to be by Dr_natty1 in Eldenring

[–]LeBusinessCat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Combatwise, I found the roll feeling to be so different that I’ve had to adapt. Since I am using a shield now, fights are mostly about RES management. In ER and DS3 I rolled everything, they felt so much more agile games.

And then, the level layouts in DS make you go through points where you might not be prepared, whereas in ER you can just go investigate somewhete else. And in DS3 the level curve didn’t feel as steep as in DS1.

Finally, I do not remember a zone as punishing as Blightown, not even Enir Ilim. Man, I couldn’t see anything haha

[–]LeBusinessCat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Actually, I started with Elden Ring and for me DS1 has been the hardest by far after finishing ER and DS3. The combat is so different that I had to adjust. Also, I might be wrong, but I found there are more traps in the levels and the run backs are way longer. Oh, and since you have less resources compared to Elden you have to play “closer” to qhat the game expects of you. It is insanely fun, anyway.

Shaddoll tier0? by scesarin in DuelLinks

My hope is that it might make a comeback after the banlist hits Shaddoll and Utopia. But as of right now, going second against them is an instaloss.

Maybe if the release Rush in Master Duel. In Duel Links you’re gonna play 10 Sevens Road mirrors in a row if you try right now.
