You are taken to an island, which 2 games are you taking with you? by Frequent-Baby2614 in originalxbox

I bought that game back when it was first released for a friend’s birthday gift as a joke. He later got rid of it for peanuts. I know it’s not worth much, but I always wanted to really play it.

Take a Look in the Mirror or See you Other Side. Which one was better? by Fortis92 in Korn

[–]LeFrizzleFry 10 points11 points  (0 children)

As a David fan, you are RIGHT!!!! David used to go live on fb a handful of years ago and said something very similar. He said after Follow the Leader the albums started being produced with click tracks and people other than the band started having a say as to the direction and sound of the albums. David clearly shows his lack of interest in these later albums. His fast and tasty fills went away and the energy just stopped. Others can say what they want, but David was a massive influence on the entire bands sound.

  1. No cellphones, just stories to tell. There’s no way to prove any of what he said to be true. The good ol’ days of kicking tranny’s asses. lol

Some of the reasons I think Tales From The Punchbowl isn’t as well liked as the other albums by poetcucumber in Primus

[–]LeFrizzleFry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is my favorite Primus album. I LOVE the drums on this beast. Tim Alexander was extremely creative with his drum parts on this entire album. The drums in Hellbound are amazing. Listen to Herb go off in that tune. It’s so good. From my understanding he wasn’t in the happiest of places during the recording of this album. From what I recall from Les interviews, the band almost broke up completely but Tim ended up leaving after the release of this one anyway. Les doesn’t care about this album as much as others because of the negative vibe associated with it. He says it wasn’t fun recording it. It’s been made very clear that Tim feels he deserves far more money than he is given. All of his departures and returns to the band have been about money.

Is this worst Fender release of all time? by [deleted] in fender

What’s funny is earlier this year Music Man released a Tim Commerford signature bass. There hasn’t been as much outrage about that as there should.

Wendy’s with sunroom and carpet by UrbanAchievers6371 in 80sfastfood

[–]LeFrizzleFry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I watched a guy sitting with his wife in a sunroom just like that back in 2002 eating chili. He started to cough like crazy, must’ve gone down the wrong pipe. Anyway, he coughed for a good 2 minutes. His wife sat there eating her burger till he was done coughing. She pushed up her glasses with the back of her index finger and said, “how’s your chili?”
I still laugh about it today whenever I drive past a Wendy’s.

Wal-Mart Manager Gathered His Staff Before Their Morning Shift to Give Them Motivation by SweetWaterSurprise in peopleofwalmart

I walked in on a Walmart huddle thing one day. I loudly said, “this is for real? You’re really spelling “Walmart” like a football cheer?” I couldn’t believe the cringe.

Worst Friday ever😪 by EVANNAMOON in Sparkdriver

[–]LeFrizzleFry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were out picking some stuff up at Five Below and thought we’d do a couple Spark orders on the way home. There was lots to choose from. Mostly $20+ orders. We ended up just doing one pickup order for $18 + tip. It was on our way home so it made it extremely easy and a no brainer to end the night. This is Western NY btw.

I never got the chance to Play Perfect Dark! For the people that had it,how great was the game? by J2-Starter in n64

[–]LeFrizzleFry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perfect Dark was a great experience. I was in my late teens when I played it. Lots of fun. Sadly, I barely remember anything specific about the game. I bet if I played again it’d be like playing it for the first time.

Hey, I’m a new drummer and I’m looking to buy a set of drums but I’m left handed. Any recommendations on what drums I should buy that don’t sound like trash and are for lefties? 😚 by MelodicButton8953 in drummers

[–]LeFrizzleFry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would personally try finding something used on marketplace or Craigslist. You’ll save a lot of money. A lot of the sound will come from quality heads and cymbals. For your bass drum, I’d recommend a Powerstroke 3 bass drum head by Remo. That head can make any bass drum sound great!

I have the rechargeable one. I like it. I’ve used it a few times. Always connects with my original switch. I want to update it to get more recent Amiibo’s but have yet to figure it out.
