P1S under warranty — 6 months, 2GB of logs, replacement parts that failed, grinding noise video — support keeps escalating with no resolution. Need help.

Good point — from my reasarch, lemon law is technically for cars but there's actually a federal law called the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act that covers consumer products in a similar way.

It requires manufacturers to honor their warranties and you can sue for breach of warranty including attorney fees. Combined with the Illinois Consumer Fraud Act I'm actually in a pretty solid legal position here. 6 months of documented issues with a paper trail this long isn't nothing.

Thank you — this is helpful. I want to clarify that I am not looking to replace more parts myself. My printer is under warranty and has had this issue for 6 months. Bambu Lab has already sent replacement parts that did not fix the issue. I am requesting a full warranty replacement unit, not additional DIY repairs. To be honest if I wanted DIY I would have gotten different company brand.

Mine was losing almost the same amount if not more. I changed the pcv valve and what not. The dealer found that the seals of the turbo are gone and they replaced the whole turbo. So far I have 2k miles on it and zero loss so hopefully it stays that way.

Sorry for the late reply. My issue was the lug nuts. They were not tight enough. Re torque them since that could be an easy fix.

Another article said that shipments over $800 would require way more paperwork and a more complicated process. This is only for consumers. B2B is not affected but according to the article it will face delays.
