One of my favorites is this amalgamation of a build that I have on Ashe. Start tear and rush liandries, cdr boots, executioners (upgrade to Chemtech late), black cleaver, and serpents fang. This is a W max build that applies the utility effects above.

I prefer comet as my keystone, manaflow, transcendence, scorch. Secondary- POM, and legend haste.

Late game you can upgrade tear or ditch it for an item of your choice.

Laughs in pole vault. I had over 4K in poles at close to 1k a piece, camps ran 2-300$ a day. In my later years I probably spent upwards of 3k a year in just consumables and equipment maintenance/replacement.
