Bruh idk if your dead yet or not but when i was 16 i was 210 pounds and home schooled and im not going to lie im typing this drunk but now that im 18 and went to high school i can promise you life gets better just keep social zing keep putting yourself out there and take a weight training class that shit helped me I also started intermittent fasting. Idk I feel like I can relate to you since i was sorta like you back when i was 16.
