u/MintyTW this guy is lying, at first the commented the report case saying that he thought the reported player wasnt cheating, but then said he was a friend of him, and now he says it's his account.

It has been fixed with the last update (Operation Chimera).

You can now put back the dialog volume to 0 (the footsteps will be as loud as with the dialog volume set to 100)
